We are seeking a QA Test Lead with 10+ years of proven experience in driving quality assurance initiatives and leading successful testing teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in manual and automation testing, CI/CD integrations, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies. This role demands strategic test planning, team leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
- Define and implement scalable test strategies, plans, and processes.
- Lead manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated automation suites.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
- Translate business requirements into effective test cases and scenarios.
- Utilize tools like Jira for defect tracking and resolution workflows.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Development teams in Agile settings.
- Guide and mentor junior QA engineers to enhance team performance.
- Continuously improve testing practices, quality metrics, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure quality compliance and risk-based testing approaches.
- ISTQB Certified Tester
- Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
